5. FORCE MAJEURE
5.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform or improper performance of its contractual obligations, if such failure to perform on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
6. RESPONSIBILITY
6.1"Consal • Trade Carieră" cannot be held responsible in any way to any client who uses the site or its content, other than within the limits of the articles constituting the "Terms and Conditions".
7. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
7.1 This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between "Consal • Trade Carieră" and clients will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent courts at the headquarters of "Consal • Trade Carieră".
7.2 If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid for any reason, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.
